In addition, junk food lacks certain vitamins for the healthy development of the children. Students may suffer from lack of concentration on their study and get easily distracted if they fail to obtain sufficient vitamins. For example, if the students get too much sugar from lunch, they will feel sleepy on the course in the afternoon, which will definitely decrease the efficiency of the study. 健康的饮食习惯 健康的饮食是: ? 多种食物的有机结合,比如水果类,海鲜类,蔬菜类等等。 ? 高蛋白,低热量,富含维生素。 ? 所有元素应当均衡,这样才不会因某一元素摄入过多而对人体造成负担。 The healthy diet is a wonderful combination of different kinds of foods, like fruits, seafood, vegetables. Our daily meal is high in protein and low in carbs, and vitamin rich. All these components should be balanced within the daily meal, therefore, to satisfy the requirement of human body, reducing the negative impact of single components. 学校怎样做才能保证学生健康? ? 学校应提供蔬菜、水果等高维生素低热量的食物。 ? 鼓励学生在生活中注意饮食习惯,教育他们如何做出更好的饮食决策。 ? 帮助学生合理地摄取营养,会让他们注意力更集中,也有助于保持好体型。 The school should provide foods containing more vitamins and less carbs, like fruits and vegetables. In the meantime, teachers should encourage students to foster a healthy eating habit. Additionally, educators should make a guidance on how to make up a health meal.
