Susan：

Well, I put in the electricity card and it doesn't move. We have no electricity right now.

Staff：

How long has it been like that?  

出现这种情况有多长时间了？

 

Susan：

I found it broken this morning.  

今天上午刚发现的。

 

Staff：

Ok, we'll send a repairman to your house as soon as possible.
