Staff：

Yes, how may I help you?

John：

Something has gone wrong with my computer. It always restarts.  

我电脑出了点儿问题，总是自动重启。

 

Staff：

Sounds like a virus.  

好像是中病毒了。

 

John：

What should I do? Should I reinstall the system?  

我该怎么办？重装系统吗？

 

Staff：

I don't know the details of your situation. Reinstalling is an option, or you can install some anti-virus software.
