The table below shows the consumption of four kinds of dairy products per person per year and their changes in percentage in Australia from 2011 to 2015.

数值分组加工，确定写作内容：

1.Milk vs Butter— 所有年份中的“*大值 vs 最小值”；前者数值变化小，后者变化更显著

2.Cheese vs Yogurt — 数值变化幅度较小，且后者是&一数值减少的项目

The table illustrates the changing amount of four categories of dairy products consumed in Australia over a five-year period of 2011 to 2015.

Milk was most notable among the four products because its consumption far exceeded those of the remainders.
