为帮助自费出国留学人员正确选择国外学习学校，加强对自费留学中介活动的监管，引导自费留学中介机构与国外正规学校开展合作，教育部公布了33个我国公民主要留学国家1万多所学校名单，基本涵盖了我公民主要留学目的地国正规高等学校。所公布名单根据有关情况定期调整，目前为第二十三版。本名单截止日期为2012年2月7日。 一、基本情况 英国高等教育机构包括大学、高等教育学院、教育学院以及艺术及设计学院。 英国现有90多所大学和150多所提供本科以上课程的学院。 英国各类院校是否开设预科由各学校自己确定。 二、名单 (一)中英两国政府学位证书互认框架协议所包括的高等教育机构 英国学校名单：被伦敦大学允许可授予伦敦大学学位的学校，学院及专科学院(现已获得独立的学位授予权) 中英两国政府学位证书互认框架协议所包括的高等教育机构
