For example,when I was a freshman in the college,I once had great difficulties in learning.I usually missed the deadlines of my tasks.But after making determination to do time management,I make timetables clearly for each week and set the alarm clock to remind me for something important.Gradually,I became more efficient and better organized without pressure.Thus in the end of the first semester,I performed fairly well for examinations.

First of all it,being highly organized can bring high efficiency in their academic study.（观点句）Since students are well-organized,they are good at making plans and manage their time specifically and thus are able to accomplish their tasks earlier and make full preparations of exams.Undoubtedly,they can achieve satisfying outcome in study.
More importantly,students with strong ability of organizational skills are able to get away from stress and avoid being anxious and worried for unfinished assignments or unsatisfying scores.Therefore,it is more probable for those students to keep healthy mentally and be more energetic and full of power.Then they can be more easily focused and concentrated and finally succeed in school.
